My next mad escapade is a 10 mile canoe down the Thames from the Millennium Dome to the Houses of Parliament on the 19th June.  It's the first time I've done any canoeing so this may be more of of adventure than I bargained for!

The Diana Awards empowers and engages socially active young people and Westminster Boating Base delivers watersport sessions to schools, community groups and young people, many of whom are disadvantaged and hard to reach.
