Some of you may or may not know that in April this year we lost a much loved member of our family to cancer.

When a couple of weeks ago an opportunity came up to raise some money for Cherry Lodge Cancer Care I jumped at the opportunity (pun intended sorry).

I make no apologies for "passing the hat around" as I think this is an extremely worthy charity who do some wonderful work supporting cancer patients and their families when they need it most. So please give generously.

If any of you needed another reason to dig deep then maybe look at this as an opportunity to see me leaping/being pushed out  of an aeroplane!
