After 6 years, I have decided to once again don the lycra shorts and this time cycle the 300kms from London to Paris in  just 3 days.

I have chosen to ride on behalf of Arthritis Care because it is the charity closest to my heart . My gorgeous 11 year old niece, Lara, has been affected by arthritis virtually since birth and although it isn't life threatning, I am now so aware of how  debilitating and painful it can be.

Also, a close friend of ,Gordon, my cycling buddy severly suffers from arthritis.

There are 9 million people with arthritis in the UK. That's 9 million individuals, plus their families each affected in a unique way. Arthritis Care seek to improve the quality of life for people with arthritis, their families and carers.
