Since 2003 I have been raising money for a very worthwhile children's charity called Well Child.

By and large I do mad things (at my age some would say insane!).

I've cycled some 360 kilometres over and round Cuba; climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and walked across the Sahara.

Now I'm doing a 9 day extreme trek through the jungle of Sumatra in September.

As always we need to raise as much money for the kids as possible so any and all donations will be gratefully received.
