Once again I am making every stride count in aid of a fantastic charty that does amazing work. I am lucky, not only being a volunteer for Whizz Kidz, but also being able to go out and run and sample the colour and atsmosphere that is the London Marathon. Many of the children that Whizz Kidz support are not as lucky as me, they are restricted in what they can do. The wonderful thing about Whizz Kidz is, that they provide mobility aids so the Kidz can do more for themselves, get more out of life and get a better start, to make sure they get a better future in life.

This is so important at a young age, and with that knowledge, and with your support, every stride in training and every stride in the marathon will make a difference. Know is that not worth running 26 miles for...?
