Story
Hi all, my name is Nike and I will be running the London marathon to help raise much needed funds for Ashmount special school in Loughborough.
Ashmount School caters for children with a variety of special needs and disabilities. The school was recently graded "Outstanding" by Ofsted and the staff there do an amazing job. However, such opportunities - and the equipment needed to cater for children with such wide-ranging special needs - cost money, so the Friends of Ashmount group was set up last year, to raise funds to supplement the school's usual budget.
