My story

It is now Sunday 15 March and I have just returned from the Sahara Desert.

YES I went and YES I did the trek - even have the blisters to prove it.  What an amazing experience and what a privilege to meet some really inspiring fellow RP sufferers.  I would like to thank my sister for being there with me and completing the last gruelling 12 k on behalf of both of us; it meant so much.

I also want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has sponsored me.  Every single penny really does count and hopefully we have raised enough money to fund a research post for at least a year.

If you did mean to sponsor me but forgot, you still can!  We have until May which allows everyone time to collect in pledged money.
