On the 6th of November 2019, I will challenge myself for a very good cause. As part of team Engienius, I will give my best to swim a section of the 21 miles, which is equivalent of the length of the English channel. The event will take place at the London Aquatics Centre at the Olympic Park.

All proceeds will be going to The Prince's Trust, one of ENGIE's chosen charities. Your donation could pay towards the following:

• £5 could pay for a reading module towards an English qualification for one young person
• £10 could teach a young person how to manage their money with a day-long budgeting session
• £20 could help an isolated young person travel to a two-week course that will help them stabilise their life
• £50 could ensure a young person can travel to work in the month before their first pay-cheque
• £100 could fund a two-hour session teaching a young person how to cook nutritious meals for themselves and their families
• £500 could turn a young person's job prospects around with an intensive two-day employment course followed by guaranteed interviews
• £1000 could fund a day of speed interviews getting 35 young people in front of life-changing opportunities with potential employers
