To support the work we do at St George's to help the Soldiers Charity and Medecins sans frontieres, Nick and the kids are going to compete in a 5km race to raise money. The kids will be on scooters!!! I will then be continuing and attempting to complete a 15km course to raise the maximum possible.

I know you always get asked to donate money for some reason or another, but this really is a worthy cause...and it would mean the world to our two little ones in their first real "charity fundraising event"
