My good friend Darren Briggs and I are planning to cycle from London to Newquay, starting on the 18th September.  We reckon it's about 350 miles and will take 5 long days.

I'm hoping to raise some cash for the Bedfordshire & Northamptonshire MS Therapy Centre.  They provide various therapies, advice and support to MS sufferers.

So any donations would be gratefully appreciated.
