Since October 2006 Kerry has been working with Next Level International, working with their leaders to help train and equip a new generation of leaders across Europe to help grow the Kingdom of God in Europe.

In 2008 an opportunity came available for Kerry to head a project in Czech Republic.

The first phase project is Leadership Development, through Advanced Leadership Training Conferences.  This concluded at the end of 2008.  During this phase, we identified 6 church planters who would be required in most cases to move city and set up an evangelical type church in an area where there is none existing.  This town/city is one they personally have had a heart to reach for some time.

The second phase is currently underway, which is the church planting itself.  During this phase, the church planters are to:
- Attend 5 training sessions each year, throughout the life of the project
- Host Short Term Mission teams (10 day) sent from all over the world to help raise their profile in their new community
- To step out in faith into the call that God has placed on their life, and see it grow

Phase three is just now beginning, which is to open up the door for more church plants in and around Czech Republic.  To do this, we require additional funding to ensure that we can begin training in the next 12 months.  We have already identified a number of church planters through our initial phase one.  We are wanting to develop these keen men and women of God to help them step into the call that they have on their life.

Everytime Kerry visits this project, he is encouraged further to see the Kingdom expand through Czech, and he also believes that from the work going on here in Central Europe, we will see a dramatic change to the way Europe sees the church.
