Mongol Rally 2010 · 24 July 2010 ·
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
As you may or may not be aware, we have somewhat foolishly agreed to take part in this years Mongol Rally! A 10,000 mile, trans-continental adventure, taking in some of the worlds most obscure countries and customs.
To make life even harder for ourselves, we are doing it in a completely inappropriate vehicle, a tiny little hyundai with an engine that appears to be on temporary loan from Ben's dad's lawn mower!!
Barring, natural, man-made and economic disasters, and civil uprisings (or which we envisage at least 2!) we should hopefully complete the rally inside 6 weeks.
We hope to raise a minimum of £1,100 for the Christine Noble Foundation, a childrens charity based in Mongolia. Hopefully you will take the time to read more about them via the link on this page, however it is safe to say that they do incredible work in one of the most disadvantaged countries in the world.
Hopefully you can donate whatever you can spare in these tough economic times, it would mean a lot to us!
All being well our website should be live any time now, so please follow us at www.notmobile.co.uk for more stories and tales from our trip.
Thanks again for your support!
