Little Hearts Matter is a national charity offering support and information to anyone affected by the devastating diagnosis of a single ventricle heart condition, children born with half a working heart. It works to raise awareness of the needs of these children and their families.

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

Our little angel Noah gave us eight wonderful days of joy and happiness - we feel so proud of the way he fought for us against all odds. To honour his memory we would appreciate any donations you can make to Little Hearts Matter, a wonderful charity that offers invaluable support to families of children who are diagnosed with similar heart conditions to Noah's.
