My bro and dad are cycling End to End - Land's End, Cornwall to John O'Groats, Scotland between July 25 and Aug 5.

They'll cover 857 miles over 12 days, cycling an average of 71 miles per day. 

I'm cycling 336 of them as well as helping from the support car.
