 As you are aware, I will be taking on the challenge of reaching Base Camp Everest (6000 metres above sea level) and would love you to pledge support by donating a small amount of your hard earned cash to a charity that is very close to my heart. Last October, I worked with United Through Sport and its partner, the Umzingisi Foundation to help develop and improve the lives of children from underprivileged communities in South Africa.  It was a pleasure to see how mine and other volunteers' help can go towards improving the health and well-being of these young children.  I would like to go back one day and help again but in the meantime, I will do all I can to provide further assistance to this amazing organisation.  I can 100% guarantee that any donations are being used professionally and securely by United through Sport.
