Story
Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.
This August we completed the West Highland Way. We walked for 8 days through 95 miles of midges, rain and amazingly sunshine and managed to complete this long-distance footpath from Glasgow to Fort William.
Thank you to all those who took part - both on the walk and visiting us en route to give us your support.
Despite exceeding our target we still desperately need your donations.
The walk aims to raise money for a very worthy cause and we ask that you please give generously. All money raised will go to Nottingham's QMC Hospital, Neuroradiology Departments and support staff - without whose dedication and committent, I and many others, would not be here today.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Nottingham University Hospitals Charity will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
International credit and debit cards are accepted (apart from American Express) but please note that the amount you enter will be taken as pounds sterling and not your local currency. The conversion will then be calculated and taken from your bank. Use a currency converter for the latest rates: http://www.xe.com/ucc/
A massive thank you to our commercial sponsors: Decathlon for their generousity in contributing £250 of essential quality equipment; David Lloyds for supplying us with an experienced personal trainer to put us through our paces; Finally thanks to Thunderpole who supplied us and our support vehicle with CB radios!
A huge thank you for all your support
P.S. We have a website to display our news and photos and will also contain my Blog shortly. Please visit us at: www.noel-paton.co.uk
