Story

This year I'm going to be running the Berlin in memory of my best friend Robin Lloyd-Hughes who died of heart disease at the age of 26. When he died I made all these promises that I was going to be healthy etc. but instead I ran a pub which involved a lot of drinking and smoking.

So 14 years down the line I've finally got my act together and am doing something to make a difference and help the fight against young people dying of heart disease.

Training for this is going to be a challenge in itself as I'm expecting a new son/daughter this week hence the mantra for this being "NO IFS NO BUTS".

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
