Hello people,

It's that time of year again that many of you will be getting e-mails in your inbox just like this one asking you to donate to many a good cause to help those less fortunate than yourselves.  This year I have decided to attempt  the London Marathon and am doing it in aid of 'Disability Sport Events' of whom a good friend of mine is one of the head fund raisers. 

My training started a couple of weeks ago (New Years resolution an'all) so I thought it a good opportunity to get my e-mail in the mixer with those others you will no doubt be recieving, and call on your generous charitable natures and am asking you to help me reach my requested goal of raising £1500 for those less fortunate than the majority of us.

Anything you can give will be hugely appreciated as every little helps as they say, so, from £1 to £100, please, if you can spare it, donate as much as you can.
