<p>Thanks for visiting!</p> <p>Norcare was set up in 1984 in response to a call from The Probation Service that offenders released from prison were ending up on the street and were subsequently re-offending.</p> <p>Since then Norcare has expanded to provide housing support and whole range of other services for some of the most vulnerable groups in society.</p> <p>The experience, expertise and committment of our staff have helped Norcare develop into an organisation that is both caring and innovative in its approach.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
