Norcare was set up in 1984 in response to a call from The Probation Service that offenders released from prison were ending up on the street and were subsequently re-offending.

Since then Norcare has expanded to provide housing support and whole range of other services for some of the most vulnerable groups in society.

The experience, expertise and committment of our staff have helped Norcare develop into an organisation that is both caring and innovative in its approach.
