Hello all

Well it's that time of year again and i need your help!!!

Last year we, thats you and me, raised £1,800 which is a brilliant effort. It took me 4 hours and 47minutes to run the marathon and three weeks to recover. Some say i will never be the same again.  Throughout the year FLEET has spent thousands of pounds on defibrillators for responders,  PHTLS for staff,  ambulance equipment such as vacuum mattress's, donway splints, pulse oxymeters, updated response bagsand so on... and there's more.

Is the marathon getting longer or am i getting older???
