Story
Four friends. 100km. 30 hours. Zero sleep.
Danny, Sophie, Darren and James recklessly agreed to take on the Oxfam Trailwalker challenge, thinking it might be similar to walking the distance from one end of London to the other, before realising it's even further than London to Cambridge. They've got to trek 100km along the South Downs Way as a team in less than 30 hours with no sleep. Chinny has taken on the job of supporting them with food, clothing and, hopefully, fresh topics of conversation.
They're doing this in aid of Oxfam and Gurkha Welfare Trust, which cares for retired Gurkha veterans and their families who face hardship when they return to Nepal. Gurkha soldiers, who have been regularly running (!) this route as part of their training for 30 years, will be organising the event on the day. Please dig deep to help these great charities!
