Our personal message:

In February 2008 I will attempt to become the first woman to ski solo and unsupported to the North Pole. I will travel across 415 nautical miles of hostile frozen ocean, across great barriers of icy rubble, swimming open water and battling with temperatures as low as -50.

Once again I would like to dedicate my journey to my good friend Jill Sargant, who we sadly lost to breast cancer two years ago. Please give generously to my cause and help me contribute to the fight against this terrible disease.
