My story

 

Hi! My name is Laura and this summer I skated from Northern Shetland, via Orkney onto the mainland, down to the border with England through the mountainous Cairngorm region and around the East Coast of Scotland. 

I skated Shetland and we got £500, we were on the up and up through Orkney, and amazingly after skating the Cairngorm Mountain Range and finishing up in Berwick Upon Tweed, we are at over £1000 ...and now we are finally, over £2000!!!!! If ££'s were feet, then we've skated tonnes more feet than the Lecht, a ski zone I skated up to that sits at 2090ft! Woop Woop!

I pushed, you gave, together we DID IT!!! Go Team! Thank you so much!

If you can give anything to help my cause, then that would be great. I skated around 540 miles (give or take a few mountains) in 23 days of skating, and far exceeded anything I ever thought I was physically capable of.
