This 'Event' through Just Giving has now finished. We are however, still selling the 'Hope' Bracelet through our website below & we are still donating 50% of the proceeds of each bracelet to Breast Cancer Care but this will now be sent directly to Breast Cancer Care. In January of this year my sister Janet underwent a mastectomy after discovering that she had breast cancer.

Throughout the last few months she has shown great courage, strength & determination & I am very proud of how she has dealt with this situation both in coming to terms with losing her breast & also of all the help she has already given to other people. She has shared her thoughts & experiences with me & my daughter Sophie & we have been so inspired by her positive attitude that we felt we had to do something to help.

As I own a Bead Company & am also a Jewellery Designer we thought it would be a wonderful idea to create a lovely piece of jewellery to raise funds for this charity that Janet has chosen. So one Saturday afternoon, Sophie & myself designed this simple but stunning bracelet, which I then set to and made up into a finished piece. We have called this bracelet 'Hope'. Each bracelet has been inspired by Janet, designed by Sophie & made by Caron.

Each bracelet costs £5.00 & we will donate 50% of this cost - £2.50 – to the Breast Cancer Care charity. From 4th November 2014 all donations will be made by us directly to Breast Cancer Care. These can be bought from our website www.noseksjustgems.com

We will also donate an extra 50p when we receive a photo of yourself wearing your bracelet. These photos will be put into our gallery on Facebook for everyone to see
