After the pain of NY it has taken me 3.5 years to even consider doing another marathon but here I am again .. this time hoping for a reasonable time so i can lay  the marathon ghost to rest!

I have chosen to fund-raise for Right to Play because it is all about providing facilities and encouraging children globally to participate in various sporting activities.  With particular focus on children from disadvantaged backgrounds, the aim is to educate and improve health through sport.  This i think is a very constructive way to encourage communication, teamwork, fair-play and all the positive values such activities can promote.

No coincidence i'm running a marathon for them either, so in that vein your support  is as ever greatly appreciated.
