Update 11th March 2013

I'm very pleased to report all novowarriors completed the Demon Run on Saturday 9th March.
Special congratulations should go to Ruaridh Kerr who completed the run in a fantastic 1hr 1 min coming 20th out of 188!
A few surprises where had on the day, not least the extra 1.5 miles turning the run from a 5mile endurance course into a 6.5mile challenge.
We would like to offer our sincere appreciation to everyone who has supported us during this challenge especially Novograf.

novograf have entered a team into the Demon Run at Mugdock Park, Glasgow on Saturday 09 March 2013. The guys involved are David Spratt, Kevin Walker Ruaridh Kerr, Andy Morrison. Some are more experienced in these type of events than others, but they are going to work together to finish the run together.

The run is over a distance of about 5miles and is a trail run that incorporated various obstacles and challenges. In short, this is no ordinary off road challenge, it's an adventure!

Training has started and is progressing well. The team will be keeping everyone updated with training blogs between now and the big race day.
