Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.
On the 14th June 2008 - four teams from NSOC will challenge themselves by walking the Yorkshire Three Peaks in as fast a time as possible. The walk is over 24 miles, and includes the ascent of Penyghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough the 3 highest points in Yorkshire, and is a total ascent of over 5000ft. For seasoned walkers this may not seem a great challenge - but our teams have little overall experience of walking at this distance - so it's going to be extremely tough for them. However the Yorkshire Air Ambulance is a great cause, which could potentially save the lives of anyone of us in the future, so please take this opportunity to dig deep and support us in our efforts. I know that if we can achieve our target figure, the blisters and aching limbs will seem far more insignificant to us :-) Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Charity will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor us now!
Many thanks for your support.
