<p>Sophie was murdered in 2007, kicked to death for looking different. In her memory, the Sophie Lancaster Foundation was created. The Foundation aims to educate people, create respect and understanding and be a lasting legacy to the beautiful and unique Sophie.</p> <p>Sylvia, Sophie's mum, works endlessly to promote these aims. Her bravery in the face of such horrific loss is an inspiration.</p> <p>This is a cause close to my heart and those of many of my friends. I'm proud to have such a diverse, wonderful, group of people in my life. I aim to raise as much money as possible for this charity to ensure more people feel confident to express themselves, be that through dress, music, art or whatever else it is that makes you, you! Everyone has the right to be themselves.</p> <p>As someone who can't even run for a bus, the idea of me running 10k is, as always, hilarious.
