Action for Street Kids ("ASK"), works with partner organisations all over the world, both in the UK and in developing countries, to fund street work and intake shelters; residential and educational care; family reconstruction, medical and counselling services. All projects are run by local staff and all target the same group of beneficiaries: vunerable street children. I found out about ASK through work recently (as they are my firm's charity of the year) and this charity has now become particularly personal and close to my heart as I'm a trustee.  I have decided to do some personal fundraising for it and have decided to run the ING NYC Marathon on the 1st November 2009... so please dig deep and donate now!! I, and all the kids you will be helping, really appreciate it!
