You can follow our progress on the Atlantic via the officail race website at www.atlanticrowingrace09.com  Type in our team name (Ocean Summit) and you can then click on the link to our position on the ocean. It's really pretty neat and done via our tracking beacon on the boat. Updated 4 times a day - lets just hope for forwards progress!!!

Also, tune in to our twitters at http://twitter.com/OCEANSUMMIT  We'll be aiming to update daily once on the ocean.
