Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On 11th October I will be running the Birmingham Half Marathon in memory of Adam Earp. Adam sadly lost his life on 26th August this year at the age of 20 after courageously battling leukemia and a lung disease.
I played football with Adam in 5-a-side and 11-a-side football over the last few years and I have been struck by his mental strength and positive character during his illness.
Through the Dreams Come True charity, Adam was able to meet his hero Joe Calzaghe and this became one of his chosen charities to support. By running the marathon I hope to raise money in Adam's memory to enable other terminally ill young people to have the same opportunities.
