Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is the first year I've actually taken part in the Shropshire Historic Churches Trust Ride and Stride, the idea being to raise some much needed funds - not just for the HCT, worthy though that is, but also for St John's Maesbrook (all money raised is split 50/50).  Not being a "Historic Church", it's very difficult for us to get any sort of grant or funding for repair works, so we have to raise it all by this sort of thing.

I'm planning to visit all four churches in the benefice on the day - walking, not cycling. It's around a 12 mile trot, through lovely unspoilt country, so I'm actually quite looking forward to it! (Beats holding yet another coffee morning, anyway).
