My Grandmother (1887- 1970) would have loved to sponsor me on this 15 mile walk around Langstone Harbour in Portsmouth so on her behalf, I am asking you to help with my fundraising.

I am now a volunteer with Age Concern Portsmouth, a charity which helps with the needs of the elderly in the city and they also offer a support system for those who, for a variety of reasons are unable to cope anymore.

As many of you are aware I have now joined the ranks of the over sixties and so a 15 mile walk is going to be a challenge but I KNOW I can do it especially if I have you for encouragement so .... go ahead and make my day !

By the way does the photo of my Grandmother remind you of anyone.... now you know where I get my fantastic good looks from !
