Saharawi Youth Theatre & Land Mine Centre Fundraiser · 2 October 2012

We are a London-based charity working with the Saharawi refugees to tell their story, promote their own culture & earn a living through the arts. Our current music project Studio-Live provides training & resources for Saharawi youth to build a local music industry & develop their creative skills.

Story

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday 19th and helped donate online...we are still a little short of our target so any donations would be very much appreciated. Every penny raised will fund this year’s Olive Branch Arts in partnership with Sandblast Arts Youth Theatre project, which is taking place on the Saharawi Refugee camps in Algeria for the third year running. This years project also includes dramatherapy work in the Land Mine Centre, a theatre development research programme and a documentation team featuring poet Sam Berkson and photographer Emma Brown.

This is a group page so Individual members of the group are also directing their donors here so if you want to help get Sam, Emma, Bobby, David, Becky, Izzy or Becky over to the camps then please donate here.

Thank you to all those who have supported this project since its inception and welcome and thank you to all those who are supporting us for the first year Xxxx

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
