The Free Representation Unit (FRU) is a charity dedicated to the provision of free legal representation to those who cannot afford paid legal representation, before Tribunals in the Greater London area where legal-aid is unavailable. Founded in 1972, FRU is one of the country's foremost providers of free legal service.

My personal message:

Dear Friends and Family!

I am running the 2008 London marathon on the 13th of April!!! You might be surprised to hear this, and i dont blame you. Every cold and early morning I get up for a run, I ask myself what I have signed up for :-)

Since I am not just doing this for myslef but for charity I ask you to donate generously to the good cause!! I am running for a charity called FRU that assists those in need of legal advice that can not afford it by their own means. They really do a great job and rely entirely on charity for funding.
