On Sundays, I like to order pizza and watch Netflix however, on Sunday 12th January, I will be doing something else...

 

I don't know how it happened, but I've agreed to take part in the Ram Run in aid of The Helen Bamber Foundation and The Elephant Family.

 

The Ram Run is a 10k obstacle course (I've never run 10k in my life) which features two instances of crossing a freezing river, rope climbing, tyre carrying, something called "the Monkey Heaven Finish" (I dont even want to know) and at the end, I think I have to give up my first-born, or something

 

Please donate generously because;

 

1) The charities do excellent work and will use your money to continue doing amazing things.

 

2) I promise to never ask again...probably

 

3) I'll be taking down all the email addresses of people who donate and sending them a link to the video of me running the course (by "running", I mean "ambling, uncertainly whilst crying").
