My friend Karen and I will be taking part in a sponsored trek of the Great Wall of China in October 2009. It is a 10 day trek starting in Beijing and finishing in Mutianyu before returing to Beijing.  We are doing this to raise money for Queens Hospital in Romford where we both work as radiographers.  Our fundraising target is £6000.  This is a huge and exciting challenge for both of us, which is why we need your support. The money raised helps to buy valuable equipment to enhance both patient care and welfare within the hospital.  Every penny counts!
