Dear Family, Friends and Colleagues, Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. On November 22nd I represented the Estee Lauder Companies in the 10K Miles for Smiles Run in Dubai, to raise money for The Smile Train, the World's leading cleft charity, an organization and a cause supported by the Travel Retail industry. Please take a moment to visit their website to get an idea of the great work they do. As little $250 can provide a child with a new smile and a new life. It is with great pleasure and a hint of pride (or may be with great pride and a hint of pleasure) that I can share with you two great news: first, and more importantly, thanks to the incredible sponsorship and support of the many people who believed in the cause and trusted me, I raised over $50,000, enough money to provide surgery to over 200 children. Second, and by now I am glowing, I finished the run in first place, with a time of 44 minutes and 7 seconds. It is still time to give: the Smile Train expects that an additional 20,000 children will show up in their facilities this year. They need our help.
