On Sunday 3rd March, I'm swapping the car for a pair of running shoes, for the Adidas Silverstone Half Marathon.

I am running on behalf of an amazing charity called "Caudwell Children" who help sick and disabled children across the UK. Every penny raised goes directly to help the kids.
