Story

On 9th January 2012 I am flying to San Diego, California to commence the "Olli Across America" tour. Over 7 weeks I will be undertaking a solo cycling tour from the west coast to the east coast through 8 states and covering 3,058 miles, finishing up in Jacksonville, Florida. All my kit will be carried on the bike and I will be camping along the way.   I am raising money for the charity Veterans Aid. This is a fantastic charity based in London whose sole aim is to help, re home and restore the dignity of homeless ex-servicemen and women. Each year they receive over 2000 calls for help providing 20,000 nights of accommodation at their hostel. As well as shelter they provide food, clothing, travel and also work to provide a longer-term housing solution.   Veterans Aid also work closely with other charities and federations to cover the majority of the overhead costs to ensure every penny goes to helping our brave veterans.   Money you donate will make a huge difference - Thank you.
