Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
I am a firefighter at based at Bletchley Fire Station, Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service, and am taking part in the Ironman UK triathlon in Sherbourne, Dorset, on Sunday 7 September to raise money for The Fire Fighters Charity (www.firefighterscharity.org). This is a national charity which provides assistance to serving and retired fire and rescue service staff, their families and dependants
I will be swimming 2.4 miles, then cycling 111.7 miles finishing up with a 26.2 mile run - all in one day.
Iron Man Triathlon is widely considered as one of the most gruelling feats of athletic endurance.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Fire Fighters Charity gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now! The money raised is going to a fantastic cause and your support is very much appreciated.
Thank you for your support
Ollie
