13 mile run along the Devon coast, knee felt all good! 1hr 45. 7 weeks until London
Aim for the London marathon is to get below 4 hours, preferably closer to 3.30....
Knee injury seems to have repaired well, 12 mile run round central London completed at a decent pace and it felt good.
All set for full in training for the London marathon in 2 months!!
In late 2006 I had a serious head injury, which for some reason, (which is being investigated) left me with migraines. These migraines were for a time completely uncontrollable and resulted in me freezing my uni degree for a year. The other complications I had as a result are now sorted. However it is the migraines which are having a long term effect. The Migraine Trust have been awesome for me, providing lots of help and advice and have put me in touch with some doctors that are now making a difference.
This is a charity that is very close to my heart giving me a lot of support and thus to give something in return I am running a number of marathons and other races Please sponsor me, so I can reach my target and help the Migraine Trust.
