My personal message:

Dear rich friends, ex-friends, ex-colleagues, I'm aiming to row 50K non-stop for the Stroke Association, certainly not in a record time but with no breaks. My father suffered a stroke 10 years ago so this charity is important to me. Any contributions are very welcome. Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
