Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
The VoTwo Oner is a 78.6 mile, 24 hour foot race. Starting in Lyme Regis and travelling along the very hilly (over 12,000 feet of ascent!) Jurassic Coast, over a mixed terrain (steep rocky cliff paths, shingle, sand, mud and some tarmac if I'm lucky), finishing near Studland Bay.
The event starts at 6pm on Saturday 1st August, and has a finish time cutoff of 6pm on Sunday 2nd August.
The event is self navigation. I must be able to use a map and compass effectively. A large part of the running will be done at night along the cliff paths.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. Sponsoring me through Justgiving will ensure that CLIC Sargent gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
If you would prefer to complete a sponsorship form, where you can also choose to sponsor me per mile achieved, then you can download one from here.
I'm also keeping a web log (blog) of my training if you're interested to read about my training preparations.
So please sponsor me now!
