Africa needs to create 8 million new jobs every year. Most of these jobs will come from Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). AFFORD has developed innovative and effective ways of harnessing the resources of the African diaspora to create and maintain jobs in Africa.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online for running the RUN TO THE BEAT half marathon - 13 miles - on October 5th 2008. All money raised will go towards AFFORD's SEEDA programme, supporting small and medium-sized businesses in Africa to create jobs.
