My friend, Paul Halfpenny, was taken from us this year after fighting his brain tumour for 4 years. 

Paul was full of get up and go, and over the past few years organised the On Yer Bike Spinathons with his fabulous wife Jen to raise money for Brain Tumour Research. They have always been a great success, with some people even spinning for the whole 12 hours!

For 2015 I am challenging myself to complete 3 spinning hours. 

Please come along on the day. The Spinathon is a great day for supporters too, as there are delicious cakes to buy!
