This page is to help Dennis and Ross raise much needed funds for EveryChild, we are taking on the task of cycling 525KM over 12 days.

We will be training our pedals off through-out 2009, using much of our time just to get to a level of fitness that is somewhere near viable for the trip. So please take the time yourselves to sponsor us now, thank-you.

Please see details of our challenge as follows:

• Day 1: Depart London
• Day 2: Arrive Ho Chi Minh City and rest before cycling starts the next day.
• Day 3: Cycle to Cu Chi tunnels; cycle through Mekong Delta to Tra Vinh 52KM
• Day 4: Pass sugar cane fields and isolated Khmer temples; - 82 KM
• Day 5: Ride upstream all day to Long Xuyen  - 95KM
• Day 6: Hillier day as we cycle via Vietnamese killing fields to border near Chau Doc - 65KM
• Day 7: Boat to Phnom Penh; Cycle to Tuol Sleng Museum, Pol Pot’s infamous Khmer Rouge prison - 30KM
• Day 8: Cycle through Cambodia countryside via Udong to Kampong Chhnang - 91KM
• Day 9: Boat across Tonlé Sap Lake, cycle to Siem Reap and round Angkor grand circuit - 40KM
• Day 10: Ride through hidden jungle temple of Beng Mealea - 70KM
• Day 11: Day to recover before afternoon flight
• Day 12: Arrive UK

Our target is £6,000 between us, this will provide Everychild with much needed funds for their cause as well as funding for this event.
