The main objects of The Sure Foundation are the advancement of the Christian religion, the relief of poverty and the education of the poor. The main fundraising is for running an orphanage, CASUARINA HOUSE, in Utange, Kenya for Aids orphans and to provide care to the many other orphans in Utange.

Story

This is all about supporting the construction and running of an orphange in Utange, Kenya. My Dad (Ian) is part of the organisational team. Everything's going to plan so far; the first children are now living and studying in “Casuarina House” but there’s still a great deal of funds necessary to improve and maintain the facilities. Ultimately the aim is to make the orphanage self-sustaining; a big part of this is well which could also provide water for the local community. This costs £4000, hence our ambitious target... There are so many orphans in this area of the world and whilst this is supported by a Christian charity the orphanage welcomes those from all religions and backgrounds.

Onzo has 4 teams entered in the London Duathlon on September 13th this year. All of varying abilities but the competitive spirit is strong. Who will reign supreme... Onzo Blue, Onzo Orange, Onzo Green or Onzo Grey? Find your team to support and be there on the day!

Many thanks for your support!
