Yes, I am an undercover athlete as well as part time beach babe.  The athlete in me has decided to use these skills and participate in the London Duathlon to be held in Richmond Park, September and raise money for charity.

The Duathlon consists of a 5K run round Richmond Park, then a 10K bike ride and finally a 5K run to really test my endurance and probably make me wish I hadnt signed up to this.

I have chosen Chelsea and Westminster Hospital as a charity as one of their key focuses for the Charity in 2009 is to assist with enhancement of facilities on the Hospital's neonatal and paediatric wards. Your support will help them to increase the number of cots in these units, in order to meet the growing demand for such facilities at the Hospital.
