On Saturday 12th April 2014 Origin MMA Academy and friends will be taking part in a 12-hour GrappleThon to raise funds for Kidscape.

A GrappleThon is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) event, where BJJ practitioners, MMA fighters and other martial artists get together to spar/grapple (known as rolling) over a predetermined time slot (12 hours). There aren't many rules; other than there must be at least two people grappling at any one point over the allotted time slot. Please see our blog for more details about the event...
